Autotuner is now able to perform the following operations :
- BOOT Patch
- OBD Read
- OBD Write
On the following vehicles :
- Volkswagen 1.6 TDI (PCR2.1 ECU)
- Skoda 1.6 TDI (PCR2.1 ECU)
- Audi 1.6 TDI (PCR2.1 ECU)
- Seat 1.6 TDI (PCR2.1 ECU)
The writing of the PCR2.1 ECU is special because it uses two methods.
First, the PCR2.1 computer must be connected in boot using the ATUC050 universal cable.
The operation to be performed consists of a "patch" which allows to unlock the operations via OBD.
To do this, simply perform a conventional reading. The interface will propose you to read this ECU by applying a "patch".
As soon as you have completed the operation, your PCR2.1 computer can be read and written via OBD. All operations following the patch can therefore be performed via OBD.
INFO: You can always read the PCR2.1 via OBD. The patch is only required to release the write via OBD.
